At CDGB, we run our own separate business from our Birmingham site – this enables us to see things from a tenant’s point of view – so we’re not a faceless property agent with no real interest in the site – and we’re always on hand to help with any queries you may have.

 

What you see is what you get

We appreciate that tenants want to know exactly what their unit is going to cost them, therefore the price we quote is the price you pay, we don’t add on service charges or legal fees etc. We also don’t require personal guarantees, references or deposits.

If you like a unit, you simply sign a 12 month “Law Society Lease”, pay us a quarters rent and the unit is yours, you can move in same day if you wish.

 

Secure and private

The security and privacy of our tenants is our top priority, the site is accessed via our private driveway which is the only way in/out of the site, the driveway is protected by remote-access gates with a GSM system enabling tenants to gain access remotely from their mobile phone. We also have two properties within the site that are occupied 24 hours a day.

Baltimore Trading Estate is ideally located within a quiet, predominately residential area half way between junctions 6 and 7 of the M6, and easily accessible from Junction 1 of the M5.
